Either install more diesel pumps and put them on one island or put up a sign for gas customers to use another island if available because these are the only two diesel pumps you have. Since more and more vehicles are diesel and it looks like Wal-Mart is becoming a truck stop you need to pay more attention to us diesel users. I spend more time waiting gas customers to move than it takes to pump fuel, and more than likely they have to go to the cahier to pay. Thank you for your time. Jim Wiles

I tried to pay debit at the pump and couldn't figure it out. I prepaid at the register and bought a carton of cigarettes. I told the guy I couldn't figure out the debit at the pump and I didn't want to run my card as credit. So he ran it as a credit anyway. I'm not happy about that.

Gas card

They only had one pack of the cigarettes I requested.

Attendent was on phone. I had to wait and was ignored.

As I reentered my car the windshield and hood were covered with drainage from the roof. Sad because I had just treated my car to a nice wash. I didn't have time to wait to express my problem with the attendant. I will need to be more diligent of situations like this. Appears owners or managers aren't observant either.

Iapplied for the Wal-Mart credit card to get the $.05 off per gallon when i used these pumps and not have to worry about putting cash on a simple walmart card. I have been getting the five cents off since untul this day when i ran my card it would not show the fact i should be getting the gas at $1.829. When i told the clerk..She became small with me and said that there is no longer five cents off anymore. What? Purple that I some with today, 4/3/16 said they just got gas for the five centre of in Altoona iowa. I know it doesn't seem much to you our her but that why we apply for these discounts and not to be screwed out of forty-five cents. The attendant kept telling me that the five cent discount doesn't apply to walmart cards. I shows her that it was the Wal-Mart card, charge card, and she said "we're Murphys.. not walmart" I have never ever had any trouble or been snapped at by any Murphy attendant except this one. One bad customer problem..tells five others and those five will tell each their five. Bad service news t ravels fast

While I was pumping my gas, someone pulled up behind me and parked. The car in front of me pulled up to pump gas. Then the car behind me got out and went to buy something. Meanwhile I finished pumping gas but I could not leave because I was trapped in there. It took so long for the people behind me to buy something that I ended up sitting for several minutes before I could leave.

Had to wait for a pump. The audio was very loud on the TV above the pump. Very hard to concentrate on what you were doing. Usually the price is lower than any local gas station. Driving on the way home I found the prices at your pump were not cheaper than others. I did not see an attend to address my issues at your gas station.

there was glass all over the parking lot and the assoicte already knew it and still didn't block it off so other people ran over it
