I am not impressed, even with the .03 to .05 cent discount per gallon, with your prices---you can do better... and, piddly but the window scrub brush too short---tho I appreciate the thought in your having said with washer fluid and paper towels and a trash can handy... And, get rid of pestering us with DO YOU WANT A CAR WASH on the screen....sheesh!

1. The pump handle leaked and got gas on my hand---a not very safe nor pleasant experience... 2. your prices are NOT very low--a couple of other stations offered the exact same low price of 2.29 a gallon w/o having to fool with a gift - gas card from Wally.... 3. I am not impressed with your prices but your location is handy so I continue to go there BUT I am shopping around and no longer consider you the default for lower prices. One can no longer trust Murphy to have the lowest prices so we consumers have to keep an eye out....sad but true...

i got gas

I bought a carton of cigarettes, and the cashier asked me if I wanted a lighter with that, I said sure. The last time I stopped at a gas station and bought two packs of cigarettes the attendant gave me a lighter for free. Here I was charged a $1. Sure I could have said no when she asked me for the lighter to scan it, and truthfully it's not that big of deal. But, the next time I want cigarettes guess where I'm more likely to go?

The way in and out of this place is horrible. The line to pay is always so long. I wished they had located this store in a better spot and actually had a store instead of a window! Thanks, Newberry, SC

The pump area is like entering a confined space, with a horse-shoe like round about to get to the other side. This is very difficult with all the vehicles in the way waiting for a pump. You will easily get stuck in the jam trying to get out even if you decide you don't want to buy anything.

I use Murphy usa for both personal vehicles as well as my patrol vehicle for work which I use much fuel. When I paid $12 for a premium car wash at the pump, the car wash was shut down I believe for weather. I kept the receipt in this vehicle which is rarely driven since I have another vehicle and spend the majority of my time in my patrol vehicle. When I was asked today if I wanted a car wash I remembered that I never got the last one that I paid for. I found the receipt to find it had expired. I asked the attendant if there was anything that could be done since the car wash was shut down and unavailable to be used on the purchase date. The attendant was nice about it, but stated that she could not make it right since too much time had passed. I have spent much money at this location in the past, as have many family members and friends. I think a $12 credit for a car wash is not asking much, however, I'll have no issue taking my approximated $150 a week elsewhere. Especially since I'm not the one paying for the majority of it.

I purchased a car wash with my gas purchase. It's rained for I've a week so I haven't used it and without knowing it it expired. They would not reprint it or give me my money back. So not only did you get the money for fuel I purchase twice a week... Cigarettes I buy weekly.... And other impulse purchases while I'm at your business but you are going to CHEAT me out of$10.00? And the cashier was behind rude and disrespectful at this location also.... I'll find somewhere else to do my business... Saving a few cents isn't worth the disrespect it disloyalty you show your customers

your attendant. she watched us pull around the bay and while my elderly father was pumping the gas she turned off the pump.she then turned off the lights. my father who is 84 years old, approached the window to ask if there was a problem with the p[u,p. she yelled at him, tuned and slammed the door leaving us standing in a dark bay. i walked around the front to see if she was coming to help, she was in her car in the drivers seat, she looked right at me, I raised my arm to ask if she was going to just leave us stranded there, she drove her and came right towards me. i stepped aside, she yelled a profanity and the male in a red shirt on the drivers side flipped me off. Merry Christmas.
