It was quick service

The customer service skills of the latest batch of attendants are seriously lacking. They are more interested in merchandising than in checking on the needs of the customers. Windshield washing supplies are missing. No offer of bag for purchase, and asks if customer needs receipt on a debit card purchase. The should not behave as if they are doing us a favor by being there, they should be cheerful and polite and concerned enough to try to please their customers.

Attendant was too busy blabbing on her bluetooth to understand what I'd asked for, only partially listening to me. I had to correct her twice. Then continued to blab on the phone while ringing up my purchase and fuel. It was unprofessional and rude.

Lines long during rush hours and space where pumps are located is tight.

Gift card not reading at pump

Location is very cramped and not well maintained.

The attendant was by himself having to do other things outside and it was hard for him to be able to be in two places at once. On weekends there should be 2 people there so things run more smoothly, I dont blame him he was doing his best. THERE was 2 people that had NO PATCEINCE and left. Please do not blame the attendant.

Pumps and pump handles extremely filthy

The attendant was not available. I was first in line and she was no where in sight as she appeared to be hiding behind the cigarette stand. As the line formed behind me, others became frustrated and began making comments, "Is there anyone in there?" and "maybe things are free today". I began saying "hello? Hello!" through the little window. She finally came out and acted as though I was an inconvenience to her. I was really disappointed with this visit and dissatisfied. I ONLY go to this Murphy to purchase fuel and two cartons of cigarettes per week. I usually go in the evening and am always highly satisfied.
