They have the best staff. They greet me by name and have my items ready for me when I walk in the door. There are other gas stations much closer to where I work, but I drive all the way across town just to go there for the exceptional service and competitive prices. The staff there should be commended!

I was greeted with a smile and how are you today. The person who waited on me I think his name is Josh. He was very knowledgeable about the merchandise and about prices of other gas stations in Mattoon IL. He asked me if I would like to purchase anything else. I had a good experience with Murphy and Josh.

The people who work at this Murphy are extremely welcoming and warm to everyone who steps through their door. There hasn't been a time in over a year where I have walked out of the store angry or unsatisfied. Could not recommend this store more!

The Cashier/Clerk Josh was so so kind, professional and thoughtful. I made sure to di this survey because he was out of the ordinary kind and personable for such a young man.
