Myself and my wife regularly attend this Murphy station for gas and lotto tickets, the occasional candy bar as well. These events are usually done at any gas station without any meaningful experience. However, whenever I attend the station I always anticipate running into Thao Phuong. She is always extremely polite and cheerful. When I see her working it always brings a smile to my face. My wife and I attend this station at different times and different cars. I asked her if she knew who Thao Phuong was, she responded by saying that "She is my favorite!", I couldn't agree more! If people believe that appearance and cleanliness are the main factors of business, I would have to say they would be only responsible for 30 percent of repeat business. The personnel are the remaining 70 percent. Thao Phuong is the reason we come back. You guys are lucky to have her as an employee!

I always get my gas at murphy usa, because its on my way go to work, I'm always satisfied.

The manager was on duty and is always friendly and courteous. She is always smiling and friendly. She suggested the 5 pack special that no one else had.
