It was crowded and people were walking in front of cars moving to and from the pumps. This could be very dangerous.

Product stock was out...soft drinks were limited, snacks were very limited.

The attendant was on the phone the entire time I was checking out. I had to purchase tobacco products, but she told me my amount before I could say what I needed. I was waiting for her to stop talking on the phone, and she rolled her eyes when I asked for the products. She also did not advertise this survey as the attendants usually do.

When I got in line, there was 1 gentleman in front of me and the attendant was busy with a vendor. I understand that she has a job to do and having customers wait for a short time is understandable. However, after waiting a few minutes, the gentleman in front of me said he had already been waiting several minutes. I stood in line approximately 5 minutes before she came to the register. There were a total of 5 people in line at this time. She did not apologize for having us wait. This experience caused me to be a few minutes late to work. I understand that vendors need to be checked in to ensure that the products on the invoice are actually delivered, but there should have been another attendant present or she should have excused herself from the vendor and taken care of her customers. I have worked in a convenience store and know that vendors understand that they may have to wait so that customers can be served. Due to this, I do not feel that I will be going to this store prior to work anytime soon.
