I used my walmart card and did not receive my discount. Crystal the attendant didn't have any answers. I should have received my discount. Ive never had this problem before. I love using Murphy has. Wish she could have fixed the mistake. Thanks

Price of gas is higher than others in the area

when i swiped my card at the pump it kept asking me to enter a code. i flagged an attendant to ask what that was and she replied that all of the pumps have been having this issue all day and i needed to pay up front. i waiting in line while the woman in front of me painstakingly counted her coins for gas, then had to leave my card for the attendant to open the pump, then had to go back up after fueling a full tank for her to run the card and return to me. in today's technological age it is unacceptable to have to wait in line twice to pay with a credit card, which can be done from the pump. Great value and clean well organized displays around the register, but need major work on the speed and efficiency of operation.

I ran the credit card, picked up the nozzle and then selected the 87 fuel option. None of the options had any numbers to indicated which one had been selected, but the screen said to start fueling. The final price was higher than it should have been. When I looked at the ticket it said I selected SuperRun which was 54 cents more expensive. When I brought this up to the attendent, she pretty much called me a liar and indicated I needed how to use a gas pump. She indicated that there was a specific sequance that needed to be followed. I have never had issues with how I pump gas at other stations.

When you select the gas it selects the most expensive grade regardless of what button you hit. I have learned to pay attention because it has done this more than a few times. I alerted the attendant previously but she said it doesn't clear properly at times. I have just checked my bank account and I was charged for my purchase and an additional purchase of $75. My car can't even hold $75 worth of gas. I will not be back as there seems to be some scam going on there.

I was not greeted by Andrea Akea. I asked about the different flavors of Black and Milds. She snapped at me several. I asked what flavors. She sighed and snapped what kind did I use. I told her Jazz but that was not what I asked. I was interested in purchasing 10 of a different flavor. She snapped that she had Jazz. Was that what I wanted. I told her never mind that I would buy them from my hometown where I usually buy 25 at a time. She rang up my Newport 100s and told me the price. After swiping my debit card twice she said it's not taking my Walmart paycard. She snatched the card from me and tried twice to swipe. She sighed and said it's not taking it. Then the receipt printed out. She gave me my card and receipt. Before I could grab the new ports she was closing the window. I literally had to grab them and move before she closed up my hand. I visit this store several times a week for low prices and great customer service. I am a CSM at Walmart and would hate to have a customer treated this way. I will still visit this store but when she is there, I will find another location.

i paid $6 in gas and got charged$31.03. I need my money . the attendant couldnt give me a number to call,

Price was ten cent higher than statesboro. But mainly i tried to get d addtech and again it did not give it to me or a receipt. I to go stand in line for it.
