No reason other than it's a pain to pull into and busy...

The person on duty was not aware of the app reward. When redeeming a coupon for a free Dr Pepper she first tried to tell me this Murphy didn't honor them. After informing her I'd used one at her location before she then tried to tell me I had to use it in walmart. I then had to explain it was specifically for Murphy NOT walmart. She then told me to come back later and use it at a different time. After explaining to her this was a one time use coupon I would lose if she didn't use she called her manager on the phone saying in front of me that she knew they didn't take these coupons but she was just making sure she was right. After then being informed she was in the wrong I had to wait through their whole conversation and then was told I could go now while pushing my drink at me. No apologies even though I was always just patient and informative and not rude or short with her. Not the best of experiences here.

The cashiers are so rude. The displays you put at the end of the pumps need to be turned sideways because your door hits when opened. The cashiers say no to helping with the problem and say corporate says no

Attendant said closing and refused to open the restroom. I have traveled awhile. In the future I will go to Love's.

The attendant did not KNOW anything!! And did not know what to do about normal gas station functioning. And I did not know that your darn pumps have timers on them, even though I had the gas pump nozzle in my tank thru-out my conversation with the attendant. GRRRRR!!!! The attendant told me "it timed-out". And did not have a solution, but offered me a dollar. 😡????? The attendant just told me also, "we can't give refunds on gas". Wow.😣

Not likey to go go back for fuel, unless I am happy with the end results I won't go back or tell people about this place
