I normally always go to murphys . friendly staff members and speedy service.

The first time I went in today my e-gift card barcode wouldn't scan. So I had to go into the Walmart store and have it put onto a plastic gift card. Then when I added my plastic gift card to my Walmart pay account the cashier had no clue what that was or how to use it. She said she had never heard of it. I am a brand new user on Walmart pay and the whole experience was a hassle and very confusing.

Trouble with the pump card reader

The bathroom was really really nasty. Plus you had to wait forever to use it because there is only one.

I received a Walmart Mastercard the day before this visit to your gas station and I tried to use it at the pump as well as in the attendant's station. It wouldn't except it a either reader. I was expecting to get a 3% refund by using this new card, but had to use another card instead.

At least once every two weeks or sometimes every week when I fuel up there is not any paper to print me out a receipt and I have to go in. The purpose of paying at the pump is not to have to go inside and stand in line in the smallest space I have ever seen for a gas station. I have even told the person inside about this every time! If something doesn't change my husband and I will start getting our gas from Jay- C or Kroger!! Or any other gas station. There use to be a phone number on the receipt in which you could call if there was any problems, because I have called about this in the past, but as you know that's gone as well. Hope you can deal with this problem because I know I'm not the only one upset about this. Thank you.

I payed 29.00 and later I looked at my card statement and there is a charge to the same gas station for 1.00 I'm not happy with that and I want my money back
