I always get good, friendly service here, but on this particular day it was 19 degrees outside with snow on the ground and I locked my keys in my running car, purse and phone inside. Your employee, Lauran, let me borrow her phone, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I called police, they wouldn't help, and I didn't have money for a locksmith. By this time I'm in tears. Your employee, Lauran, called a mechanic friend of hers from A to Z Auto. He was there in 5 min. and had my door open in less. All at no charge, Lauran had told him before he came that I had no money. Bless his heart, he came anyway. Your employee didn't have to do this, she went above and beyond, as did her friend. I'm so grateful there are still people like this, you are lucky to have her as an employee.
