I had to wait to use a pump! I had to go to the customers window to get a receipt that I had asked for at the pump.

A FEW TIMES I HAVE VISITED MURPHY USA AND LINES ARE EXTREMELY LONG WITH ONLY ONE CASHIER. IT WOULD PROBABLY NOT BE SO BAD IF THE LINE WERE IN AN INDOOR FACILITY. BUT OVERALL IT IS MY QUICK STOP GAS STATION TO GO TO...:)

The traffic in and around the pumps was awful. People parked blocking the pumps just to get cigarettes. The pumps are located so close to the highway exit that it was hard getting out to the road to leave.

It is a sign of our modern times that we expect everything to be perfect in order to give a satisfied score. There was nothing wrong at all with my visit. I am not sure why I expect a show of fireworks or some other momentous event in order to give a "Highly Satisfied" rating. It may be a reflection of my mental state that I rated the experience "Satisfied" instead of "Highly Satisfied." There really was nothing wrong with my experience. :-)

I rarely give out a high grade. Something out of the ordinary usually has to happen. This place did the job. I needed gas - got gas.
