The attendant wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly either. She didn't greet me or say anything other than my total amount.

When we pulled into the pump there was a truck ahead of our car far enough uo so we could get gas. Husband got out to pump as I watched the man and a worker talking and laughing. My husband had to go to the bathroom came out and we sat waited a few mins. They were laughing having a good time talking. We had to back up to leave pump. Now the problem was if someone had started to pull in and hit us we would have been at faulr..I said something to another worker her responce was that they could park there all day if they wanted too. Very disappointed if this is your poslicy. Other wise your employees need to be talked too. They were not working at the time. Ty

The cash register wasn't working. Waited 20 minutes in 20 degree windchill while 2 attendants were on the phone trying to get it figured out. A lot of people behind me kept leaving. It was really cold that day.

Couldn't use my gift card

My Walmart credit card did not register a discount at the pump, I discontinued pumping and tried again, same result. Went to Shell down the street and filled up.

Pulled in to get gas at 10:50 pm and once we used our card and started pumping the fuel, the lights shut off. We stood for about 10 min waiting on the attendant to respond to us, where he was then extremely rude and stated they won't work once the lights shut off. We asked if anything would happen to our account since our card was already being used when it shut off and he became extremely rude and yelling, asking why we didn't understand the pumps were shut off. We were not upset on the pumps being off we knew it was close to closing but just wanted to make sure our transaction was fully canceled. This was our favorite place to get fuel but we will just pay a little extra for some better customer service.
