I stop by this location all the time on my way home. The employees that work during this time of day never speak to you unless you speak first. Act as if you are bugging them. I've been a supervisor for over 10 years and I stress to my employees the importance of customer service. These ladies are lacking in this area. I know everybody has bad days, but that stays at the door when you come to work. They need a few more classes in my opinion.

I was in a hurry and just needed some quick gas. The prices here are not the best in town but since I was already in the area and there was little traffic I decided to stop by here. This location is usually nasty and the attendants are usually ghetto and rude. So I try hard not to come here.

They were out of the product I wanted so I was going to get something else and use a coupon and the attendant said she didn't know how to do the coupon and I ask her if she could call someone and she said no. So I went across the street and bought and used my coupon.

Because you took away the 3 & 5 cent discounts on the gas when pumping. I'm on a fixed income and when you take away these little extras it hurts my budget. They said I had to use a gift card to get it at the pump. That means I have to go buy one and keep up with the balances. I'm really disappointed.

my credit card was denied and I didn't know why. I called my credit card co and they advised me to prepay. The attendant should have suggested that. I did have credit to purchase the gas I wanted.

I was satisfied fully in my experience

All fuel lanes blocked with cones. Attendant out of booth smoking a cigarette. Forever before waited on. Was there saturday at 2:00 pm all lanes blocked in the same fashion. Attendant washing drive lanes with a water hose only. People lined up waiting to get fuel causing a dangerous traffic situation as today. Seems to be the busiest time of days. Unable to get fuel again. Went elsewhere again.

I purchased 2 pks and 1 carton of cigarettes, I used 3 coupons and when I returned homes the coupons were not scanned. I called and was told when I returned I would get a refund for the credit. I live approximately 15 miles away, and will be a wk or two before I return . Hope they honor their word.

Purchased $11.69 in fuel but was charged $75.00 on debit card. Highly unethical. I will never use Murphy's again.
