This location is too hard to get into and out of. This is North Texas and has a lot of large extended cab trucks. Between the narrow entrance and exit lanes, it is an accident location waiting to happen. Not unlike many other Murphy locations.

the pressure at thr pump was too high and I could not fill my tank up

I was not satisfied because all the drink and products cases were closed up. I had intened on buying a soda and chips and they were not available because the attendant had already closed everything up, ever though the store was still suppose to be open for another 45 min.

The last two times I have visited this location, evidently the tanks were empty because they would not pump. Last week, it took over 5 minutes to pump 1 gallon of fuel. Today, I waited in line for 15 minutes and the man in front of me was still trying to pump fuel into his vehicle. I then moved to another line that came open. It's very frustrating to wait 15 minutes and then have to move to another line, especially when it's a very busy time. If tank is empty, pump should have a sign on it so that people don't wait in line for such a long time.

I was planning on getting a drink in addition to my fuel but decided against it because the other woman was putting hot drinks in front of the cold ones in the fridges and I didn't want to dig until I found a cold one.

For two weeks I have purchased two cartons of cigarettes and was given the wrong ones. In a plain white box. Was told could not exchange or refund after the cigarettes left the window. So, as I see it, you owe me $120.

Free coupon from survey did not redeem correctly. I need another one because I did not get to use it
