Attentant took over a few minutes to actually come to the register. She quickly waited on me and I could tell she was in a rush to get back to whatever had her distracted in the first place.

In past surveys i did respond with highly satisfied but slowly, surely this location began to appear to run down, from pump failure, and or not having the quality of the fuel I wanted, and it’s not getting any better.

In the beginning of me filling out these surveys I was for the most part highly satisfied on most of my answers, however as time has progressed and I continue to fill out these surveys the service at the register is lacking in every way and overall appearance of the location and ease of getting in and out has also slipped. If I had a better choice and comparable price for fuel I would take my business there. As I have said in some of my past surveys this location is slowly going downhill... To me this is typical big business practices.

IT'S JUST SO HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE PARKING LOT DON'T LIKE THE HIGH WIDE DISPLAYS LINING BOTH SIDE OOF THHE CASHIER BOOTH. CANT SEE KIDS IN THE CAR WHILE AT CASHIER AND THATS NOT GOOD.

Card readers often not working

Simply put, slowly but surely this location is going down hill, prices fluctuating up and down with in days and sometimes hours when every other station is staying consistent, bags over handles indicating either no fuel or the pump not working. The lack of friendliness in the cashiers. Soon your stores will be no better than and probably less than any other location.

always hard to get in and out, usually have two pumping lanes closed which means customers have to wait in line. Need more lighting at night. Seems like window wash tool is usually missing and the water bin at pump location is empty or full of trash that you wouldn't want to clean you windows.

Because you always need room for improvement.

There was not any paper and window glass cleaner!
