I got in amd out of there really fast no problems and the price was satisfying and the parking lot was clean .

No pumps were available to use for a while.

This Murphy USA station can be pretty busy and it near a Wal-Mart which adds more vehicle traffic sooo, it can be tricky getting in/out w/o an accident. Also, with only 1 attendant, the line to get products/gas can be long.

All I did was pump my own gas... no frills no thrills. However, I will always believe that all businesses have room for improvement and growth. Best Regards

It's always a hassle to get in and out esp now that there is an atm etc right in front of the cashier building. Cars line up and park there to use atm or walk up to cashier which block people from accessing pumps on either side of cashier building. Cashiers have never been very pleasant-act like it's against the rules to smile or say anything pleasant. I'll be honest. I only keep coming back to get gas here because it is good quality gas I trust in my car at almost the lowest price in Alvin, TX. The only station usually cheaper is RaceTrack and I've heard too many horror stories about their poor quality gas. This Murphy station is a nightmare to get in and out of and almost always have to wait on pumps. It would be nice if the cashiers could at least be courteous even if they can't act friendly...There have been a few times when my grandson with me (I have custody) needed to use the restroom, they had it blocked by receiving carts full of goods and wouldn't move them so people could access restroom.

To be Highly satisfied they would have had to ait on me. Ex:Serving the gas to me like they did in the 50's!

Credit Card reader at the pump did not work

Just being satisfied should be enough, however most of the time there is diesel fuel spills at pumps providing diesel. The Alvin location is usually a bottle neck with traffic, and the attendant is usually pre occupied with such things as outside chores taking out trash etc... The overall landscape... well lets just say there is none.

it is a large location offering many pumps and it is always quick and easy to get in and out
