this was the third time in past few months were I had to go to counter to get receipt. The main reason I use murphy instead of nearby exon is murphy used to not have receipt problems. my company requires receipts and it takes extra time to get one from attendant instead of from pump.

I have bought my gas at Murphy USA for years and love it. The gas prices are always a few cents less than the competition. Great service.

Pump jumped from my choice of regular gas to premium. I stopped as soon as I noticed. Second time this has happened that I noticed before filling up. It may have happened other times that I did not notice and would have paid premium price. I use this station a lot.

I am not satisfied because your pumps do not have a visible sign that informs customers that if they pay at the pump that $100.00 prepayment will be debited from their account. If I had originally seen a sign that stated this, I would have paid on the inside. Now, here I am the day after still waiting on my money to be refunded. I am highly upset because even the receipt given at the pump doesn't acknowledge that this prepayment was taken. I didn't find out until I went to pay for grocery at Walmart and my card was declined because of insufficient funds. This was extremely embarrassing!
