We enrolled in your 5 cent and 10 cent off per gallon. This is our Fuel card and we only purchase Fuel with this card. The immediate discount works great for us. Recently, YOU Changed this to a 2% cash back plan without our approval. WE DO NOT LIKE THIS as our Savings have been diminished with YOUR Change. We want our 5-10 off per gallon which is what we signed up for. Again, WE DO NOT LIKE OR WANT THE 2% CASH BACK change you made. That's not what we signed up for. DO YOU GET THIS??????

The satisfaction is more with location to the store from where I Live...the act of handing me a box of cigarettes and swiping my card is not something from which i can derive great satisfaction or high satisfaction because i was not asking for much satisfaction.
