I pulled up to pump and when I got out the customer at the next pump notified me the pump nozzle was missing and that he had just came from that lane. The lane should have been blocked or some notifiction of inoperable pump.

The swisher sweets I bought were stale and this is second time it's happened

A sign on the pump said by 3 packs of Pyramid cigarettes, and get .10 cents of the price of gas....so when I came up to the window, I asked if it was just the Pyramid brand of cigs get the discount on the fuel? She said she didn't think they had that special going, but you could buy 20 oz. pop, chips, and something else to get the ten cents off. So I asked why was there a sign saying different? She asked where I had seen the sign, and I said its right there on the pump, and she couldn't find it, so I literally had to walk over to the pump and show it to her. Then she said, oh, well, it has to be three packs of any of the Pyramid brand... took her awhile to get them rung up and to figure out how to get it to discount the gas I was also purchasing. I'm pretty sure she was a new employee, but she should still be trained on what the specials are, and how to sell them to the customers....I have been a Store Manager at various retail establishments, and I know a lot of people have trouble saying that they don't know the answer to someone's question. When they have the negative answer of that she had, it really insults my intelligence!!!
