Large dip between road and entry onto Murphy station. Multiple pads to respond to prompts, very confusing.

It does not take the Walmart bucks on the blue bird American Express card

The pump would not sale the car wash after asking if I wanted one, and the screen instructions were not on the screen after I entered my pin. I had to repeat twice before I figured out to just start pumping gas. Still no car wash after I pressed yes.

The pump is set too sensitive and keeps shutting off before done...very annoying.

they let people park on the side making hard to get to pumps

to much stuff around pump area and they let cars park on side and makes hard to get to pumps.have told them this many times they dont seem to care.just want money dont care about your ease to get fuel

a popular sign on the restroom door, stating the restroom is not working. This seems to be a much used sign.

I purchased a Walmart card for convenience and price. The pump I was forced to use because all others were in use had a nite stated I need to pay at register.I paid and returned to the pump it did not work. I went to the register she told me to try again . It did not work. I returned to the register (3rd time) and she reset it and I returned it worked finally. I was forced to sit for another 10 minutes because I was blocked in.

I paid with a gift card from AT&T . It had a balance of $60. 65 , I purchased $10.02. I saw on my print out the balance was zero. I just figured it didn't give the balance. I called to check the balance and it was zero. I could not go get my groceries, that was all I had. I was told that gas stations will hold up to $75.00 even if the purchase was less. I DO NOT KNOW WHO GIVES THE RIGHT TO HOLD MY MONEY!!!! This is the 2nd issue in a month I have had with y'all at this location. I do believe we will stick to HEB even if they are higher. Plain ridiculous.
