There is one pump that we always avoid because it NEVER issues a receipt. This has been going on for months. We just use the other pumps instead but this appears to be a case of neglected maintenance.

I had to go to the office to obtain a receipt, as the the pump receipt was not working. The attendant was a bit gruff - no apology - said nothing about having the receipt mechanism repaired.
