Restroom locked. attendant said supplies in it. she would open when she finally removed supplies. I usually fill up around this time on Tuesdays for a trip to McAlester. I have a prostrate problem and have a short term bladder problem. It is stressful to not have a bathroom available. And she said it was TECHNICALLY THEIR BATHROOM. I told her AI was going to report it - as I have done before.

The attendant was playing RAP music very, very loud over the outside speakers. This is not Detroit, Chicago or Compton or a black area of Tulsa, I found it to be very annoying. The attendants were both outside smoking and seemed to be enjoying the music. This was today 9-14-16 apx 10:00 A.M.

The main problem is pumping with amount of price and gallon then I put my prepaid debit card on the machine. Then I checked my balance on the internet and shocked that Murphy USA took all of my money $96.85 instead take 25 dollars. I did call Murphy USA Customer service and report them. Please pay me $71.85 immediately. THanks!

Well for starters the attendant insulted me, and i was using an app for coupons on my cigarettes and i clearly stated menthol but i just got off work and was extremely tired so i wasnt paying to close attrntion as i normally would i asked for 2 packs of the marlborro menthol black 100's, the attendant put them in a small paper sack and and said i need u to do me a favor and take this survey and give me a good rating since u made me wait so long...i laughed it off said sure will do. Well i get home and get a pack out like an hour later and there were 2 marlborro black full flavor SHORTS in there! And i have no vehicle ive been struggling to take lyft rides back and fourth to work so i couldnt go and resolve this issue. Sorry my comment is so long just thought you all should be aware.

No attendant at the window and no one in sight. Apparently she was getting merchandise from stockroom but it was a very extended period of time. No apology or acknowledgement of my wait once she returned. Very rude and did not even say thank you.

I turned in to fill up my car with gas. The sign, and the station across the street, said $1.859. After I put in my credit card, the pump asked if I wanted E10 or regular gas (they were both 87 octane), there wasn't any price displayed on the pump, I chose the regular gas. I still didn't see any display telling me what the price was. After I was done filling my car with gas, I took my receipt and noticed that I was charged $2.269 for the gas that I just purchased (the current price for 87 octane gas in tulsa is $1.87-1.88). I waited in line to talk with the attendant so that she could correct what I was sure was an error. The attendant didn't know what to say because she wasn't sure how the pump made a mistake. The attendant went out to look at the pump, still no price was displayed, she made a phone call and quickly told me that the pure gas was $.41 more than the E10. If the price would have been displayed, I would have picked the E10. I think that the price wasn't displayed so that Murphy could charge a higher price. I'll never go back!

All of the drinks that I purchased were expired.

My Walmart gift card would not work at the pump. I tried it at least 6 times. Card has over $100 on it. New pumps I have not used before at that location. Had to use debit card so no discount like I should have gotten with Walmart card

I attempted to use my Walmart Gift Card to pay for fuel and was rejected 3 times. I even moved to a different pump. Murphy USA 6618 has new pumps and evidently they do not accept the Walmart Gift Card. It was very hot outside and I only wanted to purchase fuel and go home. The Attendant told another lady and myself that he could not help us - he said "WE ARE NOT WALMART". He told us to take our card to Walmart. I desperately needed fuel, so I used my AMEX and did NOT receive the $03./gallon discount. Very unhappy this trip.

I have a prostate problem and the restroom is very convenient. FOR THE LAST WEEK THERE HAS BEEN A SIGN ON THE DOOR " RESTROOM OUT OF ORDER" This happened about a year ago & I found out they were using it to store products. There have been no maintenance vehicles around. Please advise when the restroom will be repaired and open for the public. Thank you, Ed Jolly 918-693-9592
