Went to this same location a day or two earlier. Pump would not start when using my gift card. after several tries I went to cashier, waited in line, and then was informed that some "surver" was offline so gift card could not be used...no further info or apology. I returned to pump and used my credit card and the pump worked--still dont know what the problem was. good thing I had a credit card; not sure everyone who used gift cards would!

Youdo not have enough diesel pumps.

Traffic to heavy so had to wait on pump to open. Not enough pumps and pumps/kiosk not in good location. Outside always looks dirty.

It was ok

There was something wrong with the computer system. I was paying by check and the pump let me fuel. Once I got to the window, I was told the check system was down and I would have to use cash or credit only, no debit or check. I asked what if I didn't have either, and the clerk told me she did not know the answer. When I asked again, she told me if I did not have either she would treat it as a drive-off. I was making an attempt to pay by check. She told me it was not her fault, I should have come to the window first. The pump allowed me to select pay attendant and pump my gas. If there was a problem, it should have never allowed me to pump. I did end up paying with a card, but the principle is there should have been an option or something before. Had I only had my check, the way the clerk stated, I would have been treated as a criminal even though I was making an attempt to pay. And the way she was unconcerned was very disheartening to me. I purchase 90% of my gas from Murphy and this has left a very bad taste, especially this location.

I normally purchase at least 3 cartons of Doral Light 100s. No cartons were available, and would not be available until Friday. I did purchase the last 3 single packs of that brand. I drive 25 miles one way to go to Walmart and Murphy. I cannot afford to make a trip two days later just to purchase cartons of cigarettes. I will go elsewhere.

The wait for service was extremely long. My prepaid gas was put on the wrong pump and someone started pumping. I was refunded for the amount not pumped but to get my other money I had to get back in line and wait another 30 minutes because service was extremely slow. I left without getting gas or my change that was owed me worst experience ever at this location

I mis marked my first response; I was highly satisfied with all aspects of this facility

It's fast, good price. In and out in a few mint.
