The # 2 pump wouldn't accept my credit card because the screen on the pump wasn't working, so I had to go on the inside to pay for my gas.

Access to the pumps is congested, almost always. Other cars are in the way entering and leaving the area. Lanes are narrow, and access to drinks and snacks is crowded.
