First the keypad has sticky keys and the display was not bright enough to see. Second, this location is TOO SMALL to maneuver around, having only one entrance and exit. Third, this has to be the filthiest Murphy I have ever shopped. It is called PAINT. USE IT! Plus they make a thing called POWER WASH! I suggest a weekly clean WITH BLEACH...Yuck.

I go to the Murphy everyday because it's down the street from my job. On Friday the 9th I went as usual to purchase cigarettes and the very same attendant that sold me cigarettes the day before asked for i.d very sarcastically, so I in return said really you see me everyday? I laughed and went to my car to retrieve my drivers license and from then on the attendant was rude. I went to buy cigarettes today 12/13 and she didn't ask for id. Rules are rules and if you're suppose to ask for i.d you should be consistent. Her attitude was very ugly, I've never had problems from any of the other employees because they always card me. This is a very convenient location and I'd really hate for one bad apple to ruin someone else's experience.

I get gas there and cigarettes all the time, also I use the Murphy in Burleso Tx as well. I like it because I get gas, gum and cigarettes all at once. No more traveling to another store.

The attendant rang up the purchase at a higher amount than was advertised on a sign right in front of the station. I pointed out that I was overcharged, but she said that there was nothing she could do about it because that was the price that rang up. You need to provide better training to your attendants. Posted prices should always be honored.

I put money on a gift card from walmart to get the discount...got to Murphy card wouldn't work...the machine was acting strange it took 15 minutes and I had 2 go back to Wal-Mart and had them transfer the money to another card...I'm 7 months pregnant in Tx heat.

Sams's and Murphey does not show what you owe on the scree. You had it convenient for for the customers in the past but not now. The people who developed this system were not thinking of the customer. Even the employees agree. You need to go back to the old display. Must have been a college grad who developed this.
