The cashier was in her own world. I purchased cigarettes and a drink and asked for $30 in gas and she didn't ring up the gas so I had to go back in and re purchase.

The cashier, Mona, is so rude every time I come to this location. She never greets anyone, she never thanks anyone and basically acts like the customers are bothering her. She needs to check her attitude.

That same person which I have called about before has the worst attitude in the world. I promised myself I would not go there again, but there I was needing cigarettes for my husband, and I used to go there every single day nonstop. Until this rep of yours kept with his stupid attitude, and honestly, I rather pay more for cigarettes than have to end up putting up with his attitude. You all need someone better than him, and the manager won't do anything about it either.

The gas pump wouldn't let me get gas. I scanned my Walmart gift card, the pump told me my balance & I selected my grade. I tried to pump gas, and the pump never came on. I was freezing trying to get gas, and the pump wouldn't dispense any fuel. The pump cancelled my transaction. I pulled to another pump to try again to get fuel, and the same thing happened. I was unable to get gas at Murphy USA this morning. I ended up driving another 15 minutes, and got gas at a Texaco, which I wasn't happy about.

cheap gas prices always use this station when in town
By Leonard D. | 11/23/2015
The gas being sold seems to be lower octane than advertised. Each time I purchase gas at a Murphy station I get less MPG than at other stations. Today I also received less gas than the pump showed. My mileage indicator, which has been extremely accurate, showed I had received 29 miles per gallon. When dividing the gallons receved into the miles traveled, I only got 22MPG today. Lower octane and delivering less gas than is correct is a no-no. I keep very accurate record of miles traveled and gas used so I am sure of my figures. Also, my friends and I have discussed this in the past and they have all had the same problem. As one said, I cannot go as far on a tank of Murphy gas as I can on gas purchased at other stations. I gave Murphy a new chance by filling up today after not going in for a few months. Murphy failed. I do not plan to return. I really dislike being cheated.
