The gas hose had been put back by previous customer in tangled fashion --

It did not wow me. It's a gas station and I was satisfied with my visit. I was not looking for a brass band or a singing attendant to fill my tank and wash my windows.

The store is very very small. Only 2 people can fit inside the store any more then that you have to leave the door open.

It's a fueling station. You'd have to screw something up royally to to have a bad experience pumping gas. Likewise, you'd have to be offering or doing something no other fuel station is doing in the US to get me to notice or raise an eyebrow. The pump worked, was responsive, printed the receipt AND there was paper, and the pumping time was quick. Nice work.

your cigarette prices are high in comparison to another vendor close by.

Customers should approach the pumps all in the same direction. My gas cap is on the passenger side of the car and people will circle around and come in from basically wrong side, so there is no line for me to get in as no matter where I am the people leaving the pump are pulling out toward me. People who work at Murphy's are great. Counter has way too much stuff stacked on it.

The staff here is always clean in appearance, friendly and helpful.

Why do I need to be highly satisfied?

Nothing special. Just a normal visit
