I had no problem with the service other than waiting to get the right side of the car at the pump. I would have chosen very satisfied if it had been offered. I reserve highly satisfied for extremely special circumstances.

I always go to Murphy to purchase cigarettes and fuel. The only complaint that I have is the store is always busy and it's so small when you have more then 3-4 people inside, and sometimes it's raining or snowing or cold so you have to wait outside to get in and purchase items.

Service was equal to other comparable stations in this area. In order to achieve "highly satisfied" I would expect service to be at a higher than normal range.
