I did not have to go inside at all but the outside was clean and the products were well stocked. I asked for lime salt but they did not have it.

The clerk had to hunt down the product I was buying, it wasn't readily available.

Had to stand in line for to long. Took over 5 or 6 minutes.

This particular time I didn't have any issues since the pump worked ok and I didn't need to see the attendant, but in the past I have had issues using a card to pay and had to get help and I don't really like the way the vending machines block access to the pay window. You have to walk around them to get to the window.

The pump handle was difficult for me to handle.

Frequently the pay at the pump doesn't work at the Murphy's. This time it did. That makes me highly satisfied.
