Not feeling well at all, I dreaded making the needed trip to Murphy's. However, I was greeted by Lakeysha, with a friendly, warm smile(as usual). Not only could she tell I was feeling poorly, and gave me a "I hope you feel better" before I left, during the transaction, she knew that I had accidentally asked for the incorrect product(s). Every week, I purchase a wide variety/four different tobacco products(smokeless, cig. packs, and cartons, and she always remembers. An attendant that knows my products(even when I forget), can tell when I don't feel well and cares enough to comment, gets me in and out with speed....that's my kind of service !! Thanks!
