As I stated earlier - too many hoops to jump through before I could actually pump the gas (To me all I should have to do is enter my credit card and select the grade of gas and then pump it - instead, i have to enter the card, tell if i want to buy additional stuff, enter zip code then select which gas grade I want). I don't like to play 64 questions before I can pump the gas.

The way to pay for the gas was over 10 minutes somehow you need to get 2 cashiers cash registers

Price!!! It was not the most competitive price but I had already placed my money on the gift card and cannot get refunded. Had to purchase and with the 3 cents off, still only saved 1 cent. Hardly worth the drive to get the gas.

I normally drive about five miles to get to your station. all of a sudden after my purchase. I get my receipt and realize I no longer get the 3 cents per gallon discount. I wasted an hour of my time, My gas, and effort in order to save some money and someone had changed the program without letting anyone know. I only have one leg, I cannot see anyone in your station, or can I get my wheelchair out and roll to the attendant. This is deplorable. Therefore I will not return to your location. Thank you for the discounts in the past.
