The gas pump I chose was the only open pump. When I tried to pump gas, the handle did absolutely nothing! I had to wait until another pump opened to fill my tank. I did go inside and let the attendant know it wasn't working. All he said was..."oh boy. Ok, thank you"

When I explained to them there was a problem with the pump not letting me make the fuel selection I wanted. I was told rather rudely that they knew there was a problem with the hose hitting the premium grade button and there was nothing they could do about it.

I hit the white button for regular gas ($2.45) my receipt showed $2.89 for Super. when I took my receipt and noticed the price I went inside to talk to clerk. she pretty much said too bad, she can't do anything about it. she asked if I lifted the nozzle twice. No I didn't. then she turned away. I was the only customer in there. I said you'd better have someone check that pump. with the amount of gas I purchase at this station, and the amount of credit card scammers out there today, I did not feel that my problem was being cared for. I felt like I was "bothering" this attendant. There are enough other stations around, maybe not as convenient as this one, but where my business will be appreciated.
