The parking lot is always crowded with vehicles in front of the cashier station due to lazy people who don't want to walk a few steps. Also trash on the ground beside the pumps when a trash can was near. Again lazy people.

Satisfaction is a state of being happy with something. Highly Satisfied is when the cashier runs out and gives me chocolate while I wait. Although I dream of such a thing, it hasn't happened.

To be highly satisfied, it has to be a WOW experience. Everything was fine. But the restroom did smell of urine. Everything was fine though.
