No greeting and the attendees seemed preoccupied with other things than dealing with customers

When the young man rang up my cigarettes he never told me a total. Then he just took my 20 dollar bill and handed me the change not telling me how much it was. He did say have a nice day. He seemed very distracted and I could not see a total on the register it just had some letters on the display. I think it's aweful that customers are treated this way. This is not the first time he has been rude but I assure you it will be the last. I always try to wait until Adrienne or the Robin is there so I know I will receive good polite service.

paid cash 4 fuel and credit card 4 cigs.ordered 3 packs pallmall.just looked at card receipt was charged for 1 wave blue bx 5 pk for 21.20.should have been under 13.00 for 3 pks pall mall cigs.i was ripped off

The people that use the diesel pump usually have larger vehicles, because of the congestion at the store overall it was difficult for the leaving vehicles to leave and even more difficult for the new ones to come up to the pump.

I was issued a Wal-Mart credit card several days ago and was told I would receive a a percentage back buying gas at Murphy USA. Your pump would not accept the card with the chip in it. The cashier said do it and come back here. It would not do that. Do not want to run in and out of car to take care of your business. Extremely disappointed and will probably not use my card at all with this problem
