Most of the issue was people in line not being exactly sure what they were doing which confuses the attendant and slows everything down. Have been given wrong brand of cigarettes at times for they look similar and were mixed up in bins and attendant never checked to make sure and I live a slight distance from town so actually found the mistake after I had returned home

Your receipt needs improving. The 'Card Balance' (which could read Beg Balance and make more sense) is after the amount spent and remaining balance. This is confusing (and badly edited). One is conditioned to read Beginning, Spent, and Remaining amounts in that order. It shouldn't take your porgrammers much to fix this, and do it properly.
