The pump broke while pumping my gas. I was pumping "free" gas after paying and did not realize it. The pump stopped before my amount was done. Apparently it had filed my car up before reaching the amount due to faulty pump. I asked for a refund for the remainder balance not realizing that my car was full. The lady was quite rude and told me I could not have a refund because I had gotten more gas than I had paid for. I was confused about what had went wrong at the pump. It is not my fault the pump pumped incorrectly, but she could have explained the situation instead of being rude and refusing a refund to me.

Easy & fast gasoline pumps. Very happy customer when receipt prints.

Sense a slight attitude problem.

Product availability

There were not paper towels for cleaning at the pump, and not every pump had a windshield squeegee.
