Attendant busy with "things" in the little shack kept waiting while completed other tasks and finished chewing.

The "manager" as we were getting gas and we started to use the water hose to tap off the top of our fresh water tank in our RV, told us we were not allowed to use the water hose. We have been going to this Murphys for so many years & have never been told we cannot use the water .

Pump credit card reader did not seem to work correct. I had to use my card several times before it accepted it.

The attendants are sometimes rude and come across as though they dont like white people. I even had one experience in which I was treated so poorly that I contacted your corporate office. The line is always very long and it does not move quickly. I usually cringe when I have to go to the Murphy station, because of those two reasons , but the gas prices cant be beat, so I suck it up and go. Perhaps this survey will enable you guys to make things better at your Galveston Murphy station. Thank you Ric Ellison (409)356-3833

There was almost nothing in stock at the register and everything appeared dusty. The receipt paper was stuck so I had to walk to the register for a receipt delaying my trip.

Parking lot gets very crazy with people who can't drive.
