restroom out of order !!!!.....always a problem here...no receipts/bathroom out of order/personnel have bad attitudes !!!!!

Had 2 mobile coupons for 1.50 off a pack of any style Marlboro cigarettes. I bought 2 different packs of cigarettes and the attendant Dustin Wayn would not allow me to use both coupons. This is the 3rd time I had this problem with this particular attendant. All the other attendants have never given me a problem with this coupon.

The facility was very dirty poor kept trash all over the parking lot trash cans were full if not over flowing. When I asked for the buy one get one free candy I was just told last cooler the girl was more interested with the conversation she was having on her ear piece than to help me to find out the have false advertisement and don't even have Hershey's buy 1 get 1 free that they had yet to remove last months signage or something the like that is what I was told the bathroom was clean though

Horrible customer service! It really irritates me when I tell the pump I want a receipt and it doesn't print out and tells me I have to go to the cashier. Then I get there and stand in a long line. What is worse though, is when I finally get to the window and ask the cashier why my receipt wouldn't print out and she shrugs her shoulders and says she doesn't know. She didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. You people need to train your employees on good customer service. It will be a long time before I visit this station again. You aren't the only game in town so I think I'll go to a station that prints out my receipts and/or makes me feel like a valued customer.

On last 2 visits, cc reader did not recognize my WalMart cc for allowable discount. receipt did not print due to out of paper. I have made this complaint on other occasions!

Nearly every time I buy gas at Murphy USA the pump will not print my receipt. Then I have to walk to the attendents office, wait in line, then get my receipt and walk back to my car !!!
