This location has either rude, or inconsiderate employees. You almost always have to wait because of your employees do not try to make the attendant purchases pleasant or speedy. I try very hard not to use this location. But when I have a gas card I do.

You need to adjust the nozzle on the pumps. The craftsman did job installing it. On most of the pumps at the Live Oak Fla location has to be twisted 3/4 turn to get them in the car tank throat. A lady next to me did not have the strength to turn the hose and I had to help her. Very inconvenient It's just an adjustment.

I was driving from Orlando, Florida to Enterprise, Alabama when I decided to top off my fuel tank. The pump price showed $2.069 for WalMart credit card price, however, when I did use my WalMart credit card the pump fuel price only showed the basic price of $2.099/gallon on the receipt that printed out. The receipt states that a $.07 per gallon discount is available if you select at the pump: Pay w/ Rollback Code. However, I do not have a Rollback Code, nor did I know anything about a Rollback Code until I read the receipt when I arrived at Enterprise, Alabama. Your procedures gives your customers the feeling that MurphyUSA is using a "Bate & Switch" tactic rather than being totally up front with your customers.

Much too hard to get a long vehicle to the diesel pump.
