Obtaining a rating of "Highly Satisfied" requires exceptional service above what is to be expected. This was not achieved and is based upon a subjective point of experience by this customer.

There was not anything about the experience that I would call exceptional. I can say that there was a very strong odor of gasoline near the pump, as if there has been a significant spill. This made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was just adequate, not superior.
