I never give subjective ratings. Either I am satisfied or not. To try and elaborate on the extent of the satisfaction is a subjective measurement

When gas prices go up, it's hard to be Highly Satisfied. I also think you should give the same discount on the WalMart card as you do for Murphy Credit Card.

I shop at murphys everyday and really like all the people that work there. They are allways friendly and give great customer service. The one think i dont like however is the parking lot is small and gets very crowded. Sometimes you get stuck there waiting for people to move so you can leave.

highly is subjective. I am either satisfied or dis satisfied. Bad way to get the real picture of customer satisfaction. This is more for the edification of management.
