The ads on the pump were annoying, slightly. I can handle it, but it slowed me down. I almost never buy items promoted in this way. I know what I want already.

There was nothing outstanding about pumping my own gas. The attendants are almost always very polite and friendly...the gas pump flow was not exceptionally fast...It was just an ordinary fill up of gas.
