Ignore my rating of dissatisfaction. I misread the gas receipt and thought I had not received the $0.05 per gallon discount. Looking again at the receipt, I see that it was given. My apologies.

I always buy gas here and use the Walmart card. On three visits over the last couple of months even though I press the button for regular unleaded (87), the pump shows either mid grade or premium. The dates for these are 3/14, 3/26, and 4/22. All 3 were at the West Jefferson location. At best this is malfunctioning equipment, at worst it is fraud.

I pressed the button to get regular gas and the price seemed to be going to high. So I started looking to see what might be going on. This was when I noticed the super unleaded price was lit up. So instead of getting what I had selected this was what I got. I do not understand what happened when this is the pump I always use and regular unleaded is all I has ever got.

Cashier had no idea how to accept my coupon for a free drink so therefore I lost my coupon.

The attendant Lisa was great until i found out she was leaving because of the way she was treated by the manager and i have been going to this store for years and Lisa has always been great but the manager doesn't help much and i have been there in the mornings and gone up to window and Lisa be outside and she would have to quit stocking because he was too busy playing a game on his phone and he has made the comment to me that he doesn't have to work he has Lisa to do it and i have also heard him make rude comments to her about going to church and i know that the only reason he is the manager is because his stepdad had the job before and gave it to him because he had a different last name and Lisa is the best and most friendly person working at this store and she will be missed and i feel like the store will lose a lot of customers when she leaves and truly feel that someone needs to REALLY address this issue with the management concerning this store and how the best worker there has been treated in the past and she should be the manager because she does all the work
