I would explain my experience as "Satisfied" because it was quick, convenient, and I got what I needed. No one went out of their way to make sure it was a great experience, so I'm not sure that "Highly Satisfied" is even a good option to this question.

The location could do a better job of cleaning the outside area and making sure there are paper towels, squeegie and window washer fluid are available at the pumps.
