I believe I was highly satisfied because of the price. The price per gallon was only 1-cent more than the lowest price in town and I saved 3-cents per gallon by using my Walmart credit card.

Short wait at the pump.

Female Cashier Bobby Jean was working on May 10 2016 around 13:30 timeframe. I mistakenly said '15 dollars' but meant to say '15 gallons' to take full advantage of the 10 cents off per gallon promo that Murphy USA does with sponsors (Pepsi & Frito Lay companies). After the pump stopped at $15, I realized what happened and let Bobby Jean know of the situation. They let me know they were still new/training and let their female supervisor Kathy Easters know. Kathy Easters was fantastic & friendly; she listened to my situation and empathized with what happened. She authorized a $3 customer service refund to cover MY mistake with not communicating clearly with Bobby Jean. Kathy Easters went out of her way to make me feel like I was always welcome back at Murphys USA. I was able to fill up for the difference (as close as possible) to end up at the 15 gallons that I should've received. I then paid for my fuel as usual and felt fantastically satisfied with how the situation was resolved. Kathy Easters is a valuable asset and one of the best customer-service people that I've met in years. She deserves recognition & a raise!

Ease of use and great price

I come here for three weeks every year and if I am within 30 miles of this or other Murphy station I get my fuel there, staff are always helpful and professional.

Clean, fast and friendly

The attendant is always so nice and helpful. She brings a smile at least twice a week!
