A month or so ago, I was sent an offer for a wal-mart master card indication I would get $0.15/gallon discount - just got back from a road trip and stopping in several states find this offer to be misleading 5 cents is the best discount I have seen. This has left a bad taste in my mouth for wal-mart.

It takes someone going completely out of their way to make me highly satisfied. The employee did a good job but did not do anything special to make me want to rate the visit as highly satisfied.
