Good visit

Staff was great! An idiot set off the smoke alarm smoking in the stairwell at 2:30am and they handled it very well.

Great hotel, rooms and hallways could be cooler. Rooms smell sour and bathroom showers are not all that

Outside is much nicer than inside. Rooms are dated and worn. Staff is great. Room service was very good.

This is a great place to have my out-of-town guests stay.

Friendly staff and clean room, but the mattress definitely needs to be replaced ! Also, could not get TV to come on .

Good stay

The lighting was awful in the ballroom. The decor has been the same for years. My high school prom was there. Class of 1999 it's still the same!

Mold/ mildew on shower curtain , had gotten 2 rooms online through price line , but hotel desk clerk only saw 1 . However, confirmations were sent through email . After several minutes , the clerk finally allowed us to check in the 2nd room that was purchased through price line .

This establishment makes Hilton look bad. I should have known with it being a franchise. Can't complain at the good deal I got on Priceline, but they need to do massive upgrades to adhere to the Hilton standard. Over all, not bad with how much we paid.
