Card reader on pump was not functioning. Had to stand in line for attendant to run my card as a prepaid then returned to line after fueling because pump wouldn't print receipt.

I was charged too much for a product. This was the third time that particular attendant did this to me. He doesn't know how to do his job and was very very rude. I literally hate and can't stand that attendant and I feel something has to be done about him.

Several times I repeated to the attendant to ring up the 3-pack Pyramid Special separately because I was buying 6-packs and wanted the gas discount. She rang up all at once which did not give the 10-cents/gal off fuel purchase. It had already been a very long wait in line behind other customers & because I did not notice until I turned to walk off, I had to wait an additional time in the long line. Upon bringing it to attendant's attention, she argued with me that it gave the product discount. I finally made her understand about the fuel discount. She had to call manager to submit a return on the sale & redo it over again. She seemed very agitated at me when she didn't seem to know what she was doing.
