Rest room broke

The service counter attendant devotes more attention to cigarette purchasers than fuel customers. Also, the cigarette customers are improperly parked on the lot. These patrons should abide by the rules of correct parking. By virtue of incorrect parking, possible accidents may occur. The local city police are aware of this scenario.

We used our Walmart credit card and did not receive $.03 off a gallon

We use a WalMart MasterCard and usually get .05 off of each gallon of gas purchased. This is the first time that this has ever happened but it didn't take it off this time. We purchased 14.675 gallons of gasoline at 1.799 per gallon and that is what we were charged for a total of $26.40.

the gas pump nozzle would not work properly with the Penske rental truck. Attendant said there was nothing she could do.

The attendant Mary Ann, rang me up for a carton of cigarettes. I had coupons for my carton but when she told me my total it was higher than it should of been. When I questioned the price she was a little snippy when she replied you got almost $6 off. I said I know I should have but the price isn't right. She replied "well there IS tax", I said I know this also but your price out here says they are $64.69 she looked at it and said oh they must of forgot to change that one, they are $66.30. I said it was false advertisement and she agreed. I asked her if she was going to give them to me for the price they were advertised for and she said no, when it is extremely cold outside the stickers don't stick. I said so i am going to have to pay the higher price and she didn't answer just told me to put my card in the machine. I normally purchase my cigarettes from this location but will not longer be buying them or my gas from this location.

I chose the unleaded at 2.059 with a Walmart shopping card and was charged 2.609 for super unleaded. When I talked to the attendant, he called someone and then refunded me $2.00. I asked if that was the difference and he said yes. When I calculated the difference it was $8.37. I purchased 15.217 gallons for $39.70. 15.217 gallons at $2.059 should have been $31.33.

I had a problem with the Walmart gift card not reading correctly. When I asked the guy behind the window about it-he said I can't do anything about it! I told him he needs to be trained by Vandalia, Illinois! They dealt with a faulty card recently for my husband. He said nobody does here! I went BACK into Wal-Mart-got another card. I would have already been home instead of in the cold still. Definitely won't be sending people when he works. Someone needs to retrain him!

I used my Wal-Mart card but DIDN'T Recieve the cents off on my PRINT OUT COPY.
