i come to murphy daily for my ciggarettes. the people always greet me and know exactly what i want.

I pass 4 gas stations and several smoke shops to come to this location. The reason I come here is because of the people who work here. Always great me with a smile and a how are you today? The store is always clean, and the people are the friendliest folks in town. There is no other store I go to that recognizes me by name. It's like buying my products from my friends. This folks need to be recognized for how wonderful they are and I hope they see this message. Thank you so much everyone You make my day brighter and I love coming to your store! Both the attendants that are there everytime I visit are always nice makes my day start in a good note Steven is an awesome gentleman and Deshanna always have a very positive attitude and I love it only been in Arkansas for one year and can't remember an experience like this in California so thank you

The girl in the mornings is always friendly and nice. They always have my cigarettes and the location is close to my home.

Steve and his staff are always consistent, polite and helpful. We look forward to seeing Steve everyday. He is a friendly face in our daily routine.

The attendants are always so sweet & so very helpful! Had no trouble at all, the only thing I had a hard time with was picking which candy bar I wanted to buy & he was patient the whole 5 minutes :) thank you Charles Wil!

I was overall satisfied with my experience. The lot was clean & well lit. The product shelves & refrigerators were well stocked. The only reason I checked the " highly dissatisfied" box on the purchase price was because the price of cigarettes was much higher than at the other stores around town so I only bought 1 pack. The only other thing that I was dissatisfied with is that when I tried to complete this survey the first time, it said it had "timed out" & I had to start it all over again. Thanks
